Bravo Design Group started as a custom home plan design center 10 years ago. Since then we have collected numerous home plans which we now offer for sale on-line. These plans are professionally designed and complete with everything* needed to build the home. Since then, we have expanded our services to include custom homes, schematic design (commercial), site planning, interior design, presentation graphics for the AEC field, and construction services.

*- Plans do not include HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical drawings. Most municipalities do not require these plans however we can provide them at an extra cost. See the What you get page for details.

At Bravo Design Group, we pride ourselves on creativity. While we can design the standard “ranch” home or a typical subdivision, we enjoy going to the next level. If you’ll allow us, we’ll design that extraordinary one of a kind home, office, subdivision, office complex or what ever it is you need. We are always looking to use the newest technologies, methods and materials in construction. With over 20 years in the construction, architecture and civil engineering fields we can create just about anything.

Working with state of the art computer equipment, we’ll generate schematic designs for office buildings, churches, private schools, retail spaces, multi use, and clinics. We can also provide schematic or preliminary site plans for multiple types of land uses such as, condominiums, office parks, multi use, single family residential, and multi family residential.

We do presentation graphics for any industry however, our main focus is in the architectural and civil areas. We can also design custom forms, letterhead, stationary and the like as well. We can make maps & technical posters too.

We recently added Interior design to our list of talents. Using CAD software we can design your interior as well. We will provide you with specifications and a sample board related to the completed project.

Speaking of specifications, We can help there too. We can compose project design programs outlining the spaces, functions and needs of your next building or renovation. Or we can work with you to specify materials and finishes for your project.

Who we aren’t….

We are not architects or engineers, though we have years of experience in those fields we are not able to provide sealed construction documents. We can work with architects and engineers to achieve a total design package if you desire.
